INGREDIENTS:

2 cups of raw cashews soaked overnight
1 cup of fresh basil
1 cup of fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves
4 tbsp of nutritional yeast ✓
1/4 tsp of salt ✓
1/2 cup of organic vegetable broth
1/2 cup of olive oil ✓

DIRECTIONS:

Pesto:

Soak cashews overnight (or 4 hours) and rinse.
Blend all ingredients in food processor until reaches creamy consistency.
Try a little and if needed, add a little extra salt.
Add a little more olive oil or broth if you want to change the consistency.
